The Space
Entrance / Patio / Garden
From the northern side of the home, you enter the property through a garden door with beautiful views out to sea and Chora. This is a safe and enclosed space to enjoy time outside in the garden. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off sand from the beach. The main dining space is here, under the patio.
Downstairs Bedroom & Bathroom
The downstairs bedrooms has two windows, built-in closet and shelves, with beautifully restored and exposed stone walls with copper piping. Two 100% single beds, mattresses of 100% latex. The bathroom is laid with local marble, mosaic tiles in the shower, and equipped with a new washing machine.
Upstairs Bedrooms & Bathroom
Two airy, spacious bedrooms with marble, built-in cubbies for belongings, and access to the upstairs balcony with stunning views. The main bedroom has a full-sized coconut-fiber/latex mattress. The second bedroom has two single beds of 100% latex. The upstairs bathroom is divided by use: one small room for houses the toilet and sink, while a tiled, walk-in shower and larger basin with built-in countertop and drawers are found in the adjacent room..
Kitchen / Seating
The first space you enter is the kitchen, with a rustic island furniture and marble sink facing the southern sea views. Stools around the kitchen island are for casual eating. Equipped with Smeg fridge, and stove top. A cozy nook is adjacent, with wood stove to enjoy during cooler spring or autumn weeks. From here, a spiral staircase leads upstairs.
Kitchen Goodies
We provide basic kitchen ingredients to get you started such as a small bottle of certified organic olive oil from our friends in Peloponnesus, tahini, carob rusks, an array of spices, sea salt, espresso, Greek coffee, herbal teas, and Tinian honey. We also provide bio-degradable dish soap, fresh sponges, napkins, and dish towels.
The village of Triantaros
Triantaros is a charming hillside village, known for its whitewashed lanes, stone houses, and breataking Aegean views. Just minutes from the island’s port and beaches, it blends authentic Cycladic character with peaceful, sunlit serenity. With some great eateries, colorful bougainvillea, and warm local spirit, Triantaros is the perfect fusion of timeless Tinian magic and modern sensibilities..
