As two multi-passionate doers, quick & tidy bios are hard for us!

Over the past sixteen years we’ve lived in an experimental cob-yurt, hiked through Patagonia, renovated five properties, sweated our butts off hosting hot yoga retreats, befriended mystical trees in Peru, cooked hundreds upon hundreds of healing meals, fasted and healed ourselves, prayed together, danced under the Casamance stars.

Through it all we are still learning what it means to love and engage with ourselves, one another, our communities, and the world at large. In some ways we’re cut from the same cloth; in other ways we are solar systems apart.
